GRAFKEN SYNFOR is a completely free of graphite Hot and Warm Forging Die Lubricant especially developed to lubricate and cool dies in presses forging automotive parts. It imparts a low coefficient of friction to the die surface. This reflects in a controlled and improved metal flow and no under fillings. Its unique formulation also has release and protective properties so forged parts are removed from the dies easily and with no damage to the die surface. It wets dies even at high temperatures up to 350°C.
